Adrian Hunter fcd094e52b perf tests: Add APX and other new instructions to x86 instruction decoder test
Add samples of APX and other new instructions to the 'x86 instruction
decoder - new instructions' test.

Note the test is only available if the perf tool has been built with
EXTRA_TESTS=1.

Example:

  $ make EXTRA_TESTS=1 -C tools/perf
  $ tools/perf/perf test -F -v 'new ins' |& grep -i 'jmpabs\|popp\|pushp'
  Decoded ok: d5 00 a1 ef cd ab 90 78 56 34 12    jmpabs $0x1234567890abcdef

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
