Although we have checks to make sure s_stripe is a multiple of cluster size, in case we accidentally end up with a scenario where this is not the case, use EXT4_NUM_B2C() so that we don't end up with unexpected cases where EXT4_B2C(stripe) becomes 0. Also make the is_stripe_aligned check in regular_allocator a bit more robust while we are at it. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
