[ Upstream commita1fd0b9d75] Change relax_domain_level checks so that it would be possible to include or exclude all domains from newidle balancing. This matches the behavior described in the documentation: -1 no request. use system default or follow request of others. 0 no search. 1 search siblings (hyperthreads in a core). "2" enables levels 0 and 1, level_max excludes the last (level_max) level, and level_max+1 includes all levels. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
