This test reproduces a scenario where HFSC queue length and backlog accounting can become inconsistent when a peek operation triggers a dequeue and possible drop before the parent qdisc updates its counters. The test sets up a DRR root qdisc with an HFSC class, netem, and blackhole children, and uses Scapy to inject a packet. It helps to verify that HFSC correctly tracks qlen and backlog even when packets are dropped during peek-induced dequeue. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
