Marc Kleine-Budde bf253e6bf6 spi: spi-imx: spi_imx_transfer(): add support for effective_speed_hz
This patch implementes the reporting of the effectivly used speed_hz for the
transfer by setting tfr->effective_speed_hz.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
