During suspend all CPUs except CPU0 are hot-unpluged and all active interrupts are migrated to CPU0. On resume eiointc_router_init() affines all interrupts to CPU0, so the subsequent explicit interrupt affinity restore is redundant. Remove it. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
