[ Upstream commit99655a304e] Clang static checker (scan-build) warning: net/tipc/bcast.c:305:4: The expression is an uninitialized value. The computed value will also be garbage [core.uninitialized.Assign] 305 | (*cong_link_cnt)++; | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ tipc_rcast_xmit() will increase cong_link_cnt's value, but cong_link_cnt is uninitialized. Although it won't really cause a problem, it's better to fix it. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
