Pull EFI updates from Borislav Petkov:
"These got delayed due to a last minute ia64 build issue which got
  fixed in the meantime.

EFI updates collected by Ard Biesheuvel:

   - Don't move BSS section around pointlessly in the x86 decompressor

   - Refactor helper for discovering the EFI secure boot mode

   - Wire up EFI secure boot to IMA for arm64

   - Some fixes for the capsule loader

   - Expose the RT_PROP table via the EFI test module

   - Relax DT and kernel placement restrictions on ARM

  with a few followup fixes:

   - fix the build breakage on IA64 caused by recent capsule loader
     changes

   - suppress a type mismatch build warning in the expansion of
     EFI_PHYS_ALIGN on ARM"

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
