[ Upstream commite767b59e29] The amount of looping through the list of delegations is occasionally leading to soft lockups. If the state manager was asked to manage the delayed return of delegations, then only scan those filesystems containing delegations that were marked as being delayed. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
