Christophe Leroy 40445aeb09 crypto: talitos - reduce max key size for SEC1

commit b8fbdc2bc4 upstream.

SEC1 doesn't support SHA384/512, so it doesn't require
longer keys.

This patch reduces the max key size when the driver
is built for SEC1 only.

This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst

Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
