Yazen Ghannam 2a565258b3 x86/amd_nb: Use Family 19h Models 60h-7Fh Function 4 IDs
Three PCI IDs for DF Function 4 were defined but not used.

Add them to the "link" list.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
