There is no need to initialize the cgroup code before the disk is marked live. Moving the cgroup initialization earlier will help to have a fully initialized struct device in the gendisk for the cgroup code to use in the future. Similarly tear the cgroup information down in del_gendisk to be symmetric and because none of the cgroup tracking is needed once non-passthrough I/O stops. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
