[ Upstream commit7cdfb7a54a] The DP PHY register layout of the current binding do not apply to the newer USB4/USB3/DP PHY which uses a different register layout entirely. Drop the DP PHY subnodes until the binding has been updated to prevent the driver from corrupting unrelated registers. Note that this is also needed in order to not break USB with an upcoming PHY driver change that checks for overlapping register regions. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
