[ Upstream commit484d6f7aa3] commit8b328f8002("xhci: re-initialize the HC during resume if HCE was set") introduced a new warning message when the host controller error was set and re-initializing. This is expected behavior on some designs which already set `xhci->broken_suspend` so the new warning is alarming to some users. Modify the code to only show the warning if this was a surprising behavior to the XHCI driver. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
