drm/rockchip: vop2: Add debugfs support

/sys/kernel/debug/dri/vop2/summary:  dump vop display state
/sys/kernel/debug/dri/vop2/regs: dump whole vop registers
/sys/kernel/debug/dri/vop2/active_regs: only dump the registers of
activated modules
