drm/msm/dp: remove mdss_dp_test_bit_depth_to_bpc()

Browse Source 
mdss_dp_test_bit_depth_to_bpc() can be replace by
mdss_dp_test_bit_depth_to_bpp() / 3. Hence remove it.
