platform/x86/intel/ifs: Add Clearwater Forest to CPU support list

Add Clearwater Forest (INTEL_ATOM_DARKMONT_X) to the x86 match table of
Intel In Field Scan (IFS) driver, enabling IFS functionality on this
processor.
