dt-bindings: mfd: Add support for Airoha EN7581 GPIO System Controller

Add support for Airoha EN7581 GPIO System Controller which provide a register map for controlling the GPIO, pinctrl and PWM of the SoC via dedicated pinctrl and pwm child nodes.
