drm/amdgpu: set CP_HQD_PQ_DOORBELL_CONTROL.DOORBELL_MODE to 1 for sriov multiple vf.

In sriov multiple vf, Set CP_HQD_PQ_DOORBELL_CONTROL.DOORBELL_MODE to 1 to read WPTR from MQD.
