KVM: x86: Rename vmx_vmentry/vmexit_ctrl() helpers

Rename the two helpers vmx_vmentry/vmexit_ctrl() to
vmx_get_initial_vmentry/vmexit_ctrl() to represent their real meaning.

No functional change intended.
