Geoff Levand bd1521e0ea Revert "powerpc/ps3_defconfig: Disable PPC64_BIG_ENDIAN_ELF_ABI_V2" ...

This reverts commit 482b718a84.

The preceding commits by Nicholas Piggin enable PS3 support for ELFv2,
so there's no need to disable it for PS3 anymore.
