Ingo Molnar f787a50306 [PATCH] sched: small topology.h cleanup 
trivial cleanup: LOCAL_DISTANCE and REMOTE_DISTANCE are only used in
topology.h and inside an #ifndef section - limit their existence to
that #ifndef.
