Greg Kroah-Hartman 938b8658b9 Revert "posix-timers: Ensure timer ID search-loop limit is valid" ...

This reverts commit 322377cc90 which is
commit 8ce8849dd1 upstream.

It breaks the Android abi.  If it is required in the future, it can come
back in an abi-safe way.
