Jianqun Xu de3a995b83 scripts/dtc: Support delete unused nodes when CONFIG_ROCKCHIP_MINI_KERNEL=y 
Delete nodes in case of:
* node is null, without any property and children node
* node with 'status' property but not "okay" or "ok"
