Heikki Krogerus 27c6886838 usb: dwc3: pci: Drop duplicate ID ...

Intel Arrow Lake CPU uses the Meteor Lake ID with this
controller (the controller that's part of the Intel Arrow
Lake chipset (PCH) does still have unique PCI ID).
