Arnd Bergmann a95d032abe compat_ioctl: block: handle BLKREPORTZONE/BLKRESETZONE 
commit 673bdf8ce0 upstream.

These were added to blkdev_ioctl() but not blkdev_compat_ioctl,
so add them now.
