commit 6fd28941447bf2c8ca0f26fda612a1cabc41663f upstream. Rescind offer handling relies on rescind callbacks for some of the resources cleanup, if they are registered. It does not unregister vmbus device for the primary channel closure, when callback is registered. Without it, next onoffer does not come, rescind flag remains set and device goes to unusable state. Add logic to unregister vmbus for the primary channel in rescind callback to ensure channel removal and relid release, and to ensure that next onoffer can be received and handled properly. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
