The Clear_TT_Buffer request sent to the hub includes the address of the LS/FS child device in wValue field. usb_hub_clear_tt_buffer() uses udev->devnum to set the address wValue. This won't work for devices connected to xHC. For other host controllers udev->devnum is the same as the address of the usb device, chosen and set by usb core. With xHC the controller hardware assigns the address, and won't be the same as devnum. Here we add devaddr in "struct usb_device" for usb_hub_clear_tt_buffer() to use. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
