Invoke a new device op 'device_feature' to handle just the data array portion of the command. This lifts the ioctl validation to the core code and makes it simpler for either the core code, or layered drivers, to implement their own feature values. Provide vfio_check_feature() to consolidate checking the flags/etc against what the driver supports. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
