In v9fs_upload_to_server(), we pass the error to netfslib to terminate the subreq rather than the amount of data written - even if we did actually write something. Further, we assume that the write is always entirely done if successful - but it might have been partially complete - as returned by p9_client_write(), but we ignore that. Fix this by indicating the amount written by preference and only returning the error if we didn't write anything. (We might want to return both in future if both are available as this might be useful as to whether we retry or not.) Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
