The videobuf_dma_init* and videobuf_dma_map() functions are no longer
used except in videobuf-dma-sg.c itself. Make them static.
These functions were abused in various drivers. All those drivers
have now been fixed, so by no longer exporting these functions
future abuse is now prevented.

CVT v1.1 spec says: "the vertical front porch shall in all cases be
fixed to 3 lines". The code in fbcvt.c instead sets the _back_ porch to
3 (plus margin).
After swapping cvt.v_front_porch and cvt.v_back_porch the resulting
timings were in line with CVT timings in VESA DMT spec.
The bug seems to be more than 9 years old, but I presume it has not been
noticed as usually the video timings come from the EDID or from the
timing tables in fbdev, and probably swapped values for vfp and vbp work
fine for most of the displays.

ARM64_CPU_SUSPEND config option was introduced to make code providing
context save/restore selectable only on platforms requiring power
management capabilities.
Currently ARM64_CPU_SUSPEND depends on the PM_SLEEP config option which
in turn is set by the SUSPEND config option.
The introduction of CPU_IDLE for arm64 requires that code configured
by ARM64_CPU_SUSPEND (context save/restore) should be compiled in
in order to enable the CPU idle driver to rely on CPU operations
carrying out context save/restore.
The ARM64_CPUIDLE config option (ARM64 generic idle driver) is therefore
forced to select ARM64_CPU_SUSPEND, even if there may be (ie PM_SLEEP)
failed dependencies, which is not a clean way of handling the kernel
configuration option.
For these reasons, this patch removes the ARM64_CPU_SUSPEND config option
and makes the context save/restore dependent on CPU_PM, which is selected
whenever either SUSPEND or CPU_IDLE are configured, cleaning up dependencies
in the process.
This way, code previously configured through ARM64_CPU_SUSPEND is
compiled in whenever a power management subsystem requires it to be
present in the kernel (SUSPEND || CPU_IDLE), which is the behaviour
expected on ARM64 kernels.
The cpu_suspend and cpu_init_idle CPU operations are added only if
CPU_IDLE is selected, since they are CPU_IDLE specific methods and
should be grouped and defined accordingly.
PSCI CPU operations are updated to reflect the introduced changes.

BIP-GMAC-256, and BIP-CMAC-256 cipher suites. These new cipher suites
were defined in IEEE Std 802.11ac-2013.

This cipher can be used only as a group management frame cipher and as
such, there is no point in validating that it is not used with non-zero
key-index. Instead, verify that it is not used as a pairwise cipher
regardless of the key index.

The ath10k driver only supports HW crypto (except for management
frames or so - CMAC needs to be done in software). Make it use
the new IEEE80211_HW_SW_CRYPTO_CONTROL flag to ensure mac80211
doesn't erroneously attempt to use software crypto.
Taking through my tree after Kalle's ACK to avoid breaking the
ath10k driver with the next crypto patches.

As with x86, mark the sys_call_table const such that it will be placed
in the .rodata section. This will cause attempts to modify the table
(accidental or deliberate) to fail when strict page permissions are in
place. In the absence of strict page permissions, there should be no
functional change.

Unlike the sys_call_table[], the compat one was implemented in sys32.S
making it impossible to notice discrepancies between the number of
compat syscalls and the __NR_compat_syscalls macro, the latter having to
be defined in asm/unistd.h as including asm/unistd32.h would cause
conflicts on __NR_* definitions. With this patch, incorrect
__NR_compat_syscalls values will result in a build-time error.

Currently, the sys_stat64, sys_fstat64 and sys_lstat64 prototpyes are
only declared if BITS_PER_LONG == 32. Following commit 0753f70f07
(fs: Build sys_stat64() and friends if __ARCH_WANT_COMPAT_STAT64), the
implementation of these functions is allowed on 64-bit systems for
compat support. The patch changes the condition on the prototype
declaration from BITS_PER_LONG == 32 to defined(__ARCH_WANT_STAT64) ||
defined(__ARCH_WANT_COMPAT_STAT64).
In addition, it moves the sys_fstatat64 prototype under the same #if
block

Previously output drivers would enable continuous display mode and power
up the display controller at various points during the initialization.
This is suboptimal because it accesses display controller registers in
output drivers and duplicates a bit of code.
Move this code into the display controller driver and enable the display
controller as the final step of the ->mode_set_nofb() implementation.

Wrap struct drm_crtc_state in a driver-specific structure and add the
planes field which keeps track of which planes are updated or disabled
during a modeset. This allows atomic updates of the the display engine
at ->atomic_flush() time.

All clock state is now stored in the display controller's atomic state,
so the output drivers no longer need to call back into the display
controller driver to set up the clock. This is also required to make
sure no hardware changes are made before validating a configuration.

Implement initial atomic state handling. Hook up the CRTCs, planes' and
connectors' ->atomic_destroy_state() callback to ensure that the atomic
state objects don't leak.
Furthermore the CRTC now implements the ->mode_set_nofb() callback that
is used by new helpers to implement ->mode_set() and ->mode_set_base().
These new helpers also make use of the new plane helper functions which
the driver now provides.

In order to transition output drivers to using the struct tegra_output
as a helper rather than midlayer, make this callback optional. Instead
drivers should implement the equivalent as part of ->mode_fixup(). For
the conversion to atomic modesetting a new callback ->atomic_check()
should be implemented that updates the display controller's state with
the corresponding parent clock, rate and shift clock divider.

The output layer was initially designed to help reduce the amount of
code duplicated in output drivers. An unfortunate side-effect of that
was that it turned into a midlayer and it became difficult to make the
output drivers work without bending over backwards to fit into the
midlayer.
This commit starts to convert the midlayer into a helper library by
exporting most of the common functions so that they can be used by the
output drivers directly. Doing so will allow output drivers to reuse
common code paths but more easily override them where necessary.
