sctp: Make the endpoint hashtable handle multiple network namespaces
- Use struct net in the hash calculation - Use sock_net(endpoint.base.sk) in the endpoint lookups. - On receive calculate the network namespace from skb->dev. Signed-off-by: "Eric W.
